Ava Patel is a seventh grade student at Manhattan Beach Middle School. She enjoys hanging out with her friends, dancing at the Hermosa Beach dance center, and cuddling with her pet dog named Maui! Ava loves traveling and has recently visited Iceland, Italy, Dubai and India. You will always find her watching her favorite movie, Legally Blonde. She enjoys the tricky task of completing the Wordle everyday. Ava enjoys walking to Boba Loca and getting her signature order:a pina colada with strawberry popping boba. Ava joined journalism because she has great passion for writing and design. She loves photography and interviews and she wants to work with the New York Times when she is older.
