Emily Linnecke is a seventh grade student at MBMS and grew up in Manhattan Beach. She enjoys hanging out with friends at the beach in and out of the water. She also loves playing beach volleyball, and e-biking around Manhattan and Hermosa Beach. When she's not at the beach, she's at the Manhattan Beach Country Club playing tennis. Emily hopes to live in the Hamptons when she's older. She also hopes to be an architectural designer. Emily loves to travel to tropical places and swim in many different oceans. Emily's sister, Ava, inspired her to join the yearbook staff by getting her involved with taking photos. Her sister wasn't her only inspiration though, her love for writing inspired her to write for the yearbook and MBMS Waves today.
